Supervision
Across Australia and beyond.
Supervision is not just a requirement — it’s an investment in your professional growth, confidence, and resilience. Whether you’re newly qualified, transitioning into a new role, or refining your therapeutic skills, structured reflective supervision can help you feel supported, capable, and confident in your practice.
Supervision provides a safe, supportive space to:
Reflect on practice challenges and successes
Explore complex cases with confidence
Hone skills for therapeutic, family, or child protection work
Build professional identity and decision-making capacity
Navigate transitions from crisis/frontline roles into therapeutic or specialist practice..
Talk openly about lived experience and how this is showing up in practice without shame.
Sessions are one-on-one, structured but flexible, ensuring each meeting is purposeful while remaining goal orientated to address your current needs.
